The platform now covers ten major categories: performance arts, photography and videography, production of materials, event decor setup, tea break and craft workshops, labor services, live streaming and short dramas, planning and design, comprehensive resources, and curated gift selection—spanning nearly 100 specialized activity services. Powered by our proprietary system and AI-driven matching capabilities, clients can quickly find service providers through category browsing, keyword search, AI smart matching, or task posting. The platform offers a complete business loop with online contract signing, secure fund escrow, order fulfillment oversight, and automated settlement, standardizing the event procurement process to make "organizing events as simple as ordering takeout."
To protect both parties, the platform implements five key safeguards: strict vendor onboarding verification, transparent pricing across all categories with no hidden fees, escrowed transaction funds, end-to-end service delivery monitoring, and support via formal contracts and receipts—ensuring secure procurement for buyers and guaranteed settlement for service providers.
During this beta phase, the platform is launching a special support program for service providers: the first 188 registered providers will be exempt from both the deposit and annual fees, lowering the barrier to entry. Simultaneously, we are recruiting channel partners. Individuals and organizations with access to customers, associations, or other channels can apply to collaborate and monetize their resources through our platform ecosystem.
Per the platform's three-year strategic plan, Activity Guide will prioritize launching in Changsha as a pilot market, aiming to onboard 1000 service providers and fully validate the business loop. Subsequently, we will expand operations across Hunan province by establishing a regional operation center, then steadily extend to core cities nationwide.
